The company is dedicated to research and production of technological and multimedia solutions applicable to any required field. In its two years of existence, the company has so far developed various applied technology prototypes that have, firstly, provided solutions to specific demands and products and, secondly, as the positive results of R&D&I ideas developed by our team. Our production can be defined by the fields of products, prototypes and specific hardware and software, providing solutions in the fields of window dressing, events, trade fairs, games, advertising and the production of prototypes relating to virtual and mixed reality, artificial sight and interactivity.
The company has currently begun an intensive commercial undertaking aimed at window dressing, advertising and museums. Some of the work carried out until now can be seen in the company’s website.
The project consists in the construction of a multitouch interactive table prototype. It will be a standard model that can be easily adapted to many diverse fields of possible applications. An operational core will be developed to serve as the basis for future extensions, with the ability to be connected to various end points and functions (bars, restaurants, children’s playgrounds, old people’s homes, hotels, trade fairs, congresses, etc).
The department has an electronics workshop and multiuse space to work with different materials in the creation of prototypes, as well as a storeroom. We also have a computer room available for all the team to use for the development of applications.
As “technological artisans”, we are dedicated to finding out about and developing such diverse techniques and technologies as microelectronics, mechanics, optics, photography, all manner of computer tools for content creation and programming, artists’ tools, mixed reality, artificial sight, stereoscopic sight, pre-cinematic sight, etc.
The team will initially comprise Toni Tur, from the R&D&I Department, and Jordi Peris, from the Production Department. They are also the founding members of the company, its administrators and researchers. Toni Tur has a university fine arts background and has completed various masters in digital art, while at the same time continuing to learn through self-training. Jordi Peris’ professional training was in the fields of computer and business studies, with extensive experience as a multimedia freelancer working for various sectors, which has provided him with a wide-ranging knowledge and series of contacts.
The services of external freelance workers will be considered from time to time to carry out certain tasks within the project.
Option D: Exploitation rights are for the participating company, without extra remuneration for the artist in the event of commercialising the result. Other options will be considered according to the work carried out and the job and creative dynamics.
